Marcos Fábio Katudjian

He is Brazilian, born in Sao Paulo. Descendent of Armenians and Italians. He is Taurus with Leo as rising sign. Fire Horse in the Chinese Zodiac.

Besides having graduated in veterinary and criminal forensics, he also studied at Poli School of Engineering. He worked, for a short period of time, as a veterinarian and in Advertising at the customer support department. In television, he worked as text editor for Rede Bandeirantes and directed few shows about short films for Canal de Sao Paulo.

In 1991 he entered the USP School of Communication and Art.

He directed two short films. The first, Artigo 25 (“Chapter 25”), was directed while still at ECA. The second, Ano Novo (“ New Year”), was a co-production with Glaz Cinema.

In 2002 he published his first novel, Snuff Movie – Depois do Fim do Mundo (“Snuff Movie – After the End of the World)

Given his erratic past, he opted for Movies and literature after realizing there was very little to lose.

He’s already been a kardecist and an evangelic.
He supported Corinthians and Palmeiras.
He learned a lot more from his wrongs than his rights.
He is an avid reader of Fernando Pessoa and Osho.
He’s been a devotee, an atheist, a clown and a disciple at last, leading the absurd that life is made, out of every possible way, with no shame and no glory.

As a consequence, very little (or nothing, in fact) sets him apart from other people.
